1. Acceptance of the terms

By creating an account, using the LinkyNow app or any LinkyNow service, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Description of the service

LinkyNow gives businesses, churches and organizations a page built with artificial intelligence, with tools such as appointments, orders, quotes, announcements and smart cards (Smart Cards), and the LinkyNow app so their customers and members can save them, follow them and communicate with them.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User content

You are responsible for the content you publish or send (photos, text, links, reviews and messages). It must be yours or you must have permission to use it, and it may not violate the law or the rights of others.

5. Community rules: zero tolerance

LinkyNow has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable or inappropriate content and for abusive users. It is forbidden to publish or send:

• sexual, violent, hateful or discriminatory content, or content that harasses, threatens or humiliates anyone;
• photos of other people without their permission, or other people’s personal data;
• deception, scams, spam or illegal content.

Anyone can report content and any business can block a user. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours: content that breaks these rules is removed, and whoever posted it may be blocked or removed from LinkyNow without prior notice.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Plans are paid yearly. The first year costs the promotional price shown at purchase, and it then renews at the regular price, also shown.

If you buy inside the app with your Apple or Google account, payment is charged to that account, the subscription renews automatically every year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and you cancel it in your phone’s settings (App Store or Google Play). Deleting your LinkyNow account does not cancel that charge.

If you pay on linkynow.com, renewal happens when you pay for it; nothing is charged automatically.

7. Changes to the service

We may modify or discontinue features of the service at any time, giving reasonable notice of important changes.
